Key Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Know and exemplify the Five Basics of Successful Management
  • Know and comply with all policies and procedures
  • Comply with all OHSA regulations and health, safety policies/procedures and environmental laws. Report all unsafe activities to Community Manager
  • Maintain compliance with LMS courses
  • Confer with Community Manager to identify, plan, and develop methods and procedures to obtain greater efficiency
  • Input service requests and initiate follow-up procedures, including calling Residents and obtaining feedback regarding the serviceperformed
  • Greets everyone that enters the lobby to assess needs and notify the necessary
    person of their arrival
  • Assist new residentsthat are moving in by notifying them of community procedures, parking, office hours, resident portal, package systems, mail, etc.
  • Act as liaison between community, residents, or prospects and any neighborhood
  • Keeps abreast of current changes byattending internal and external training programs and by accessing other sourcesof information, and applies knowledge and practices to area(s) of responsibility
  • Maintain the lease reception area, brochures, floor plans, convenience list, etc.
  • Resident, vendor, and guest check-in
  • Assist with coordinating move-ins, move-outs, and scheduling elevators
  • Checking in and logging packages, maintaining information, and notifying residents
  • Checking in and distributing resident dry cleaning when applicable
  • Schedule amenity spaces for resident rentals/reservations
  • Completing and submitting shift reports at the end of each day
  • Geographical knowledge including directions (major amenities, cultural and special events, shopping, restaurants, and local entertainment)
  • Provide referrals for house cleaning services, window washers, pet sitters, florists, caterers, gift ideas, etc.
  • Distributing parking passes and monitoring unlawful parking
  • Participate in team efforts to achieve property and company goals
  • May conduct surveys of local rental rates and prepare market surveys
  • Maintins prédictible attendance record and Professional appearance
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Six months to one year hospitality experience
  • Marketing experience
  • Familiarity with Yardi, OneSite, the NAA lease agreement, and revenue management systems
  • Bilingual
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree


Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Competency to read and write instructions, correspondence, and memos to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to add/subtract/multiply/divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
  • Ability to work under pressure and meets deadlines
